Timothy Baker has more than 20 years of experience as a journalist, analyst, and ghost writer covering the topics of biotechnology/pharmaceutical and medical device/diagnostic industry sectors. As lead science writer at Mt. Sinai Health System in New York City, Tim wrote extensively about the hospital’s living-donor organ program. And, as a reporter, he wrote extensively on the research, development and approval of many of the first recombinant human therapeutics. He has ghost-written hundreds of articles, opinion pieces, speeches and peer-review articles. As a pre-med major, Tim opted against medical school in order to combine his love of the life-sciences and writing. Tim has worked at bioMérieux since 2007.
